We specialise in buying scrap gold, silver and platinum, pre-1920 and pre-1947 coinage, sovereigns, kruggerands and gold coins; but we also accept bench lemels and sweeps, dental gold, and electronic and industrial scrap with precious metal content. You are welcome to bring or send (using the security package service) your own belongings, or any scrap metals or jewellery from probate, auction houses or house clearances. Customers unable to bring scrap materials in person may request a security package in which to submit batches (fully insured to a maximum of £2500) by registered post, at no charge to the sender.

Scrap jewellery is usually purchased on site for immediate payment, by cash, cheque or bank transfer, by our experienced appraisers, while lemels and sweeps requiring an assay to determine value are dealt with in a matter of days. We can provide fast and accurate valuation of coins and bars, jewellery, scrap metal and materials of your own, or even goods from probate, auction houses and house clearances. When you bring or send in your goods they will be weighed and tested. We shall then check the Spot price to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-the-minute valuation of the metal. Electronic and industrial scrap with precious metal content will first be extracted before we can weigh and test it for valuation.
