We also have a diamond dealer on-site who can assess larger stones, but please note that for smaller diamonds or lower-quality gemstones, the value may be limited to the metal content rather than the jewellery itself.

If visiting us in person, we accept a valid photo ID such as a driving licence or passport, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your current address. If you are using our postal service, a clear photocopy or scan of these documents will need to be enclosed with your items.
